Casio QT2100 Terminal

The Casio QT2100 is designed and  engineered for easy installation and configuration to suit hospitality  environments from large to small.
The Casio QT2100 terminal has been designed with a highly flexible system configuration to meet various types of hospitality market demands. A large memory capacity (4 MB std., 8 MB max.) provides the business owner with future expansion. It is equipped with 6 RS-232C ports to support a wide variety of peripheral devices. Inter-register communications is available for communications between QT-2100's using LAN cable (CAT 5), which makes installation and adding terminals simple. Optional equipment includes kitchen printers which can be shared among terminals (up to 4 kitchen printers can be connected in line w/ a maximum cable length of 1 kilometer), receipt/journal printers, rear or remote customer displays, a slip printer (SP-1200), and more!
The QT-2100’s Table Service operations include shared guest check tracking which secures table control in the restaurant through a master/backup master configuration. Additional Table Service operations include: • An open guest check report (global and/or by clerk) gives the current balance, the check status and a total of all checks. • Receipt and kitchen printers can be shared from multiple terminals to optimize the system configuration. • Backup printers can be assigned to the receipt and kitchen printers to ensure orders are properly routed. • Split check, add check, check transfer, and clerk transfer are all available operations. • Seat number on items provide clerks an organized way of serving customers. • Splitting checks based on seat numbers presents a simple operation for clerks separating customer guest checks. • QT-2100’s multi-master cluster allows groups of machines to share separate guest check files and programming for those operations supporting separate business concepts under the same roof but still be able to generate consolidated reporting.
Quick Service operations on the QT-2100 are made easy through a variety of features. The management features found on the QT-2100 include: • 8 menu levels and 8 price levels (with totals) to control sized items being entered properly and reported. • Time & attendance provides management a tool to control their labor. • Hourly item reporting to monitor specific item sales within interested time frames. • Priority printing to the kitchen video/printers which maximizes item preparation in the kitchen. • Store & recall for those operations offering drive thru windows. • Re-direct remote printer/video function provides more flexible configuration during slow and busy times. • Item data capture (IDC) for specific items and Electronic Journal to store all transaction data offer a perfect analysis for store and corporate management. • QT-2100’s ability to recall and print unlimited finalized transactions assures operator accuracy and customer satisfaction.
